At Pet Picks, we strive to deliver quality products for your furry friends. We accept returns for both defective and eligible non-defective products, as well as exchanges, subject to the terms below.

Return Window

• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 5 days of delivery or purchase.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

• Items must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of any flaws.

• All original tags, user manuals, freebies, and accessories must be included.

• The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging. Please do not place tape or labels directly on the manufacturer’s box.

• Items returned in unsatisfactory condition will be sent back.

Return Methods

• Returns can be made in-store (Islamabad & Rawalpindi) or via courier (customer responsibility).

• For courier returns, the customer is responsible for safely returning the product to us, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item delivered or defective product).

Return Costs

• The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

• No restocking fees apply.

Refunds

• If your return is approved and qualifies for a refund, please send your bank details to hi@petpicks.pk or whatsapp us at 0320-5831415.

• Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• For courier returns, a store credit or coupon will be issued — no cash refunds will be provided.

Exchange Policy

• We offer exchanges for pet accessories in cases of size or color issues.

• ⚠️ Food items are not eligible for exchange, except when we’ve delivered the wrong product.
