Returns & Exchange Policy

At Pet Picks, we strive to deliver quality products for your furry friends. If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete item, please reach out to us within 1–2 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges may be accepted based on the product category and condition. To qualify, please ensure the following:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of any flaws.

  • All original tags, user manuals, freebies, and accessories must be included.

  • The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging. Please do not place tape or labels directly on the manufacturer’s box.

  • Items returned in unsatisfactory condition will be sent back.

Issuance of Refunds

If your return is approved and the item qualifies for a refund:

  • Please send your bank details to hi@petpicks.pk.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for pet accessories in cases of size or color issues.

⚠️ Food items are not eligible for exchange, except when we’ve delivered the wrong product.
