• The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging. Please do not place tape or labels directly on the manufacturer’s box.

• Items returned in unsatisfactory condition will be sent back.

We offer exchanges only for pet accessories in cases of size or color issues.

 Food items are not eligible for exchange, except when we’ve delivered the wrong product.
