What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Bank Transfer. Online payment options may be added soon for added convenience.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If you want to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once the order is packed or shipped, it may not be possible to modify or cancel.

Do you offer nationwide delivery?

We currently deliver to Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Nationwide delivery will be offered soon.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation message or email with your order details. Our team may also contact you to confirm before dispatch.

What kind of products do you sell?

What food should I feed my Pet?

The best food for your pet depends on their species, breed, age, size, health condition, and activity level. Here are some general guidelines:

Dogs: Choose high-quality dog food that matches your dog’s age (puppy, adult, senior), size (small or large breed), and any special needs (e.g., sensitive stomach, weight control).
Cats: Feed your cat age-appropriate cat food, whether it’s dry, wet, or a mix. Indoor cats may benefit from food designed to prevent hairballs or support urinary health.

Shipping & delivery

Do you offer same-day delivery in Islamabad/Rawalpindi?

Yes! We offer same-day delivery in Islamabad and Rawalpindi for orders placed before 5:00PM. This service applies to in-stock items like pet accessories, food, toys, and grooming products.

Delivery charges vary depending on your location from our retail store or warehouse. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered the next working day.

If you’re eligible, your order will be automatically scheduled for same-day dispatch—no extra steps needed!

How do I choose same-day delivery?

If you’re in Islamabad or Rawalpindi and meet the cut-off time, your order will automatically qualify. No extra steps needed!

What if I place my order after 5:00PM?

Orders placed after 5:00PM will be delivered the next working day.

However, if it’s urgent we can arrange an express delivery but that’s not always guaranteed.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following payment methods:

Bank Transfer – Details provided at checkout or via WhatsApp

We’re working on enabling online card, cash on delivery and wallet payments soon!

Is Cash on Delivery available everywhere?

We’re currently only offering bank transfer as a payment method.

How do I pay via bank transfer?

At checkout, choose Bank Transfer and you’ll receive our account details. Once you’ve made the payment, send a screenshot or payment confirmation to us via WhatsApp or email to process your order.

Return & refunds

Can I return a product?

Yes, you can return a product if it’s unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please contact us within 1–2 hours of delivery to initiate a return.

What items are not eligible for return?

The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened or used products
Items without original tags or packaging
Pet food, unless the wrong item was sent
Personalized or special-order products

How do I request a return or refund?

Contact us via WhatsApp within 1–2 hours of receiving your order. Share your order number and a photo (if the item is damaged or incorrect).

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. For refunds, please share your bank details with us.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, we allow exchanges on pet accessories like harnesses, collars, or clothing if there’s a size or color issue. Food items are not exchangeable unless we delivered the wrong item.
